As a retail development, design and construction leader I’ve delivered innovative retail concepts and growth plans for world-class global brands including Starbucks Coffee Company, lululemon, Arc’teryx Equipment and sweetgreen. My experience includes managing, developing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams, creatives and architects. As a business owner, I provided leadership + design excellence, collaborated with architects, contractors and building trades for a variety of clients including fitness centers, restaurants and assisted living facilities. • Real estate growth, expansion strategy + market planning for development pipelines ranging from 25-75 locations per year

• Construction management + facilities maintenance for up to 300 locations

• Responsible for Capex budgets ranging from $700k - $1.7M per location
